Meditation is absolute awareness of mind, body and soul.

For a moment, I want you to imagine living your everyday conscious life with your eyes and ears closed. With your sense of smell, taste and touch all shut down.

Wouldn’t that cause your entire world to be thrown into complete chaos?

Your inner world has the same requirements as your outer world. Your internal intelligence needs to see, hear, touch and feel in order to be alive, in order to survive, in order to thrive. How many of you have been living within, with all your internal senses literally locked up?

Meditation is the conscious practice of awakening (at first) and then bringing to life the five and the six senses in our mind. With regular practice of meditation we can connect our external being to our inner being, rendering us whole and complete.

When our inner realm is open, our depth of vision transfers and conveys to the outer, conscious world. This provides a path to a balanced, harmonious and complete sense of well being. Because .. The Mind is the man.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” –Matthew 6:33.

“As Within, So Without! As Above, So Below!”
