Day 4 and how goes?

 Motivation gets you activated but what keeps you going? How many of you are fired up and want to get that great body, fit into the jeans and yes zip your skinny jeans without lying down!

                                            Sign: Success & Failure

If whatever you are doing so far has not been working, then today you need to change that  behavior and start doing something different.

Here goes for DAY4…..

1.   After writing down the amount of weight you want to lose, break it down to a monthly goal and then to a weekly goal. Does that feel and and look achievable to you?

2.   After that write down in your journal 10 reasons why you want to lose weight. This is an important step, because this is the juice of your purpose.

3.   Now, I invite you to write a vision statement . In this vision statement use power words like empower, passion, achieve, success, love, healthy, abundant, exciting, enthusiastic, enhancement etc. to describe your vision of a successful, healthy, slim you. Make it a bold, powerful and exciting statement about what you see yourself achieving. What do you see, when you envision a slimmer you? Write it all down. DO NO miss this step!

4.    Now transfer this to an index card and place it where you can see it first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

5.   Now read this statement  3 times with your heart, every morning as you wake up and every night  before you go to bed. Saturate your whole mind with positive feelings about your success and achievement of your desires. Dream about that awesome body throughout the day. Imagine what it feels like to be lighter, brighter, slimmer you! Imagination pulls you to action.

Enjoy your day, immerse yourself with wonderful thoughts of a healthy, happier you.

Remember eating all you want now will be rewarded with eating nothing you want in your later  years….you have a long life to lead, spread YOUR love of food!
